Trinesis is seeking Sales Development candidates to join our core team and drive the outbound sales engine by prospecting, qualifying and generating leads through outreach, inbounds from websites, social media and events. Being an early-stage startup, we are looking for folks that love experimenting fast and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

How can you grow with us?

  • You will work as a part of our in-house sales team, which will give you a real impact on how the company is growing (and by the real impact we mean growth from 30-people company to 100+ )
  • An ideal candidate would be one that performs as a “sales athlete”, who can understand the needs of the business well, source their own leads (and iterate based on learnings), be metrics driven and manage the account throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilites

Experience:

  • 0 to 1 years in sales.
  • Previous experience in US/UK process preferred.

Work timing:

  • US Shift

Skills:

  • Customer empathy: Build relationships with prospects, identify their needs and understand how and when Trinesis can/can’t help them.
  • Experience with building or executing successful sales cycles.
  • Being extremely metrics and process driven.
  • Being a great teammate while identifying gaps and working with other functions in the team to build a product that serves the needs of our customers effectively.
  • Quick learner

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Understanding of B2B Sales pipeline
  • Exposure to US market is a big plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn lead generation is a big plus
  • Good in Excel and PPT

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the Finding, researching, qualifying & building lists of prospects
  • Engaging with potential prospects to build a stream of demos
  • Tracking, monitoring & optimizing metrics at each stage of the sales pipeline
